Those of us who have been branded by the White House as “extremists” have been warning for a long time that the media’s abdication of its duty to keep public officials honest was both unhealthy and dangerous (See “The Death of Journalism” below). The media people like Obama. They refused to vet him, they got him elected and re-elected, they never question a thing he says, does or neglects to do. Simply put, he lies and they swear to it. Want to ignore the Second Amendment? That’s fine. Want to violate the First Amendment rights of conservative groups? No problem. But now, to quote Reverend Wright, “the media’s chickens have come home to roost.” Now we learn that the Obama Administration has been secretly wiretapping the phones of some of these so-called journalists. Can’t say that’s a surprise. You see, having created and nurtured an all powerful government which can do no wrong and is immune from even any question of impropriety, this was inevitable. The monster created by these media lapdogs has turned on them. Good job fellas.
