FRANK ON FRIDAY – 2,000 Mules

No, this is not about Borax or Death Valley Days.  It’s about election integrity.  Recently, Corrupt Demented Imbecile Joe Biden’s Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, spent several days testifying before Congressional Committees.  The Secretary’s fantastic insistence that he has the southern border “under control” prompted a number of colorful exchanges with Republican lawmakers, who called Mayorkas, among other things, a pathological liar and a sociopath.  Jim Jordan asked Mayorkas if he had done anything right.  Another Congressman told Mayorkas his constituents compared him to Benedict Arnold, and called for his impeachment.  It wasn’t pretty.  That’s why, for a time, I puzzled over precisely why Mayorkas chose to use these hearings to announce, between ass-kickings, that there is to be established in DHS a Disinformation Governance Board, to be headed by Nina Jankowicz, which has since been put on holdWhy announce it then, and why put the latter day Ministry of Truth in the DHS in the first place?  Then the light dawned.  On April 25, 2022, Miranda Devine of  The New York Post published a story about Dinesh D’Sousa’s latest film, 2,000 Mules.  The film tells the story of how thousands upon thousands of mail ballots happened to turn up in places like Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Georgia between the times that the polls closed and the early hours of November 4, 2020.  Election Integrity organization True the Vote identified the locations of mail ballot drop boxes in the subject States.  It then paid some $2 million to buy several trillion geolocation signals from cell phone towers near the drop boxes and near offices of NGO’s, non-profit, non-governmental organizations.  The cell phone signals identify telephone numbers of phones repeatedly traveling between the NGO’s and the drop boxes.  In this way, True the Vote identified 2,000 “mules,” representing people using these telephones, who made repeated trips from the NGO’s to the drop boxes during hours of darkness.  The mules were paid for each ballot stuffed.  In criminal circles, a “mule” is a person who carries contraband, typically drugs.  They then matched the signals to surveillance video footage from areas near the drop boxes.  What they found was astounding.  A car pulls up at a drop box after midnight.  A man gets out, looks around surreptitiously (also known as “furtive conduct” in the law biz), then he stuffs ballots into the drop box and speeds off to another drop box, and then to another.   In Georgia for example, True the Vote alleges there were 242 traffickers who made 5,662 trips to ballot drop boxes between the early morning hours of 12AM and 5AM, potentially unloading hundreds of thousands of illegally harvested ballots over the course of several weeks.  After arrests for ballot-stuffing in Arizona were made based on fingerprints on the ballots, mules stuffing drop boxes in Georgia took to wearing gloves.  The ballot-stuffing mules were at work in swing States that narrowly voted for Biden.  In Michigan 500 mules averaged 50 deposits each, delivering 125,000 suspect votes.  In Wisconsin, 100 mules averaged 24 deposits.  In Arizona, mules delivered some 20,000 suspect ballots, enough to change the election result.  In the City of Philadelphia alone, 1,100 mules delivered some 275,000 suspect ballots, again, enough to change the result of the election.  In Georgia, 30,000 suspect ballots were delivered, enough to swing the electoral votes and two Senate seats to the Republicans.  How much better off would we be right now if we still had President Trump and a Republican Senate?  Dinesh D’Souza describes the drop box stuffing schemes as “a conspiracy.  This was organized crime.” True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht describes the “fateful moment” when she had to ask, “How do we take down a cartel?”  She said, “That’s when we began to use the terms like stash houses, and drop points, and mules, and trafficking, and voter abuse because that’s what we’re looking at.  Informants have come forward to describe how the ballot stuffing scheme was carried out.  D’Sousa and Engelbrecht are not wrong.  I spent 25 years as a prosecutor, prosecuting people for narcotics racketeering and money laundering.  People who are sent from bank to bank with cash deposits under $10,000, to avoid the filing of Cash Transaction Reports, are known as “smurfs.”  What True the Vote uncovered is election smurfing, only the mules aren’t cleaning money, they’re befouling our election process.  And don’t dismiss the cell tower information.  I have seen numerous criminal prosecutions in which an FBI agent gave testimony about cell site information that placed telephones belonging to the defendants in proximity to the scene of a crime.  This isn’t some crazy conspiracy theory, it’s powerful evidence.  Where did all the money come from?  NGOs called the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) and The Center for Election Innovation and Research claim they are working to make democracy stronger, more secure. Tiana Epps-Johnson is one of the founders of CTCL.  She’s a former Obama Fellow (the fish stinks from the head down).  According to The Federalist, These two NGO’s pumped $419.5 million into local government election offices, money that came from donors like Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife.  All of it went to elect Democrats, the very hypocrits who used to bemoan “dark money” influencing elections.  You can’t give more than $2,800 to any individual candidate, but you can pay the people counting the votes $419 million?  There’s something wrong with that.  CTCL is suspected to have supported the proliferation of unmonitored private ballot drop boxes which permitted the submission of numerous questionable post-election-day ballots, and created opportunities for illegal ballot harvesting.  In Wisconsin, local election officials are the subjects of a complaint accusing them of election bribery after for accepting money from CTCL.  In addition to the election rigging news, there’s been increased coverage of Hunter Biden and his partners meeting with Sleepy Joe and company at the White House.  So why have someone like Nina Jankowicz as Mistriss of Truth?  These are the people who told us that the Hunter laptop was Russian disinformation, who accused Donald Trump of inciting fascism, who dismissed election complaints as disinformation, and who decried “free speech absolutists.”  And why in DHS instead of say the FCC?  Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel.  Where better to place an unconstitutional speech content censor than in an agency dedicated to Homeland Security.  This Bureau stinks, Jankowicz and her ilk stink, and Joe Biden and family stinketh the most.
