The Left has altered, or is trying to alter much of the landscape of American culture.  Imbued with the unshakable certitude that they’re always right, the Woke imbeciles are certain that they’re changing America for the better.  As usual, they’re wrong again.  The latest predation of the Left is its mindless, and ruinous alteration of the American Dream.  The American Dream used to be the notion that, if one worked hard, one would be able to share in the copious bounty of America.  One could work where one chose, live where one chose, and enjoy the better things in life, including a staggering variety of luxury products, all available, for the right price.  However, in its zeal to bestow the blessings of luxury on even the least of society, the Left has overlooked two critical elements, the work and the price.  This troubles the Left not a bit.  Its effect on society, however, is troubling.  This week, in the Golden State, sunny California, Woke idiocy has spawned a spate of looting, theft, and violence.  Mobs of marauders, armed with guns, crowbars, hammers, and other useful implements, have swarmed into luxury boutiques and stores, as well as into not so luxurious retail outlets, terrorized employees with punches kicks and pepper spray, have smashed displays and cases, and looted the stores to the bare walls.  All this mayhem is the direct result of California’s 2014 Proposition 47, that made thefts of up to $950 a misdemeanor, and the decisions of Woke so-called Prosecutors that misdemeanor thefts will not be prosecuted.  Human nature being what human nature is, it naturally followed that people who know they can steal without running the risk of being arrested and prosecuted will be motivated to steal anything they can get their hands on.  This idiotic policy has resulted in the closing of dozens of drug stores in the San Francisco area; stores which have been emptied by bands of thieves.  The lure of a no-risk opportunity for what used to be called a five finger discount, may please some of the downtrodden masses suffering from the evils of systemic racism and white supremacy, but it has adversely affected the poor unfortunates, most of whom reside in the same communities as the bargain hunters, and now are unable to obtain needed prescriptions from a local pharmacy.  No matter.  Come the Marxist revolution, I guess you have to take the good with the bad.  Nordstroms seems to be a favorite target of the discounters.  Last Saturday, 80 people wearing ski masks stormed a Nordstroms in Walnut Creek, stealing armfuls of merchandise.  The raid took only one minute. Looters parked their cars to block the street before carrying out the smash-and-grab.  In San Francisco proper, perhaps spurred on by Biden Administration advice to do your Christmas shopping early, looters emptied a Louis Vuitton on Union Square,  a Burberry’s, a Bloomingdales, and 7 other retailers.  Don’t worry though, Mayor of San Francisco, London Breed, another Woke imbecile, has a plan to thwart the thefts.  She announced that the city will limit car access to the Union Square shopping district.  “We’re going to be making some changes to Union Square and how cars are able to access.  There will be limited access in terms of when you come to this area.”  Now, the looters will be limited to just what they can carry.  Brilliant!  The looters get parking tickets, the City makes revenue, and the thefts still go unpunished. Problem solved.  In Los Angeles, a flash mob conducted smash-and-grab robberies at The Grove shopping center, and at another Nordstroms.   In Hayward, California, employees at Sam’s Jewelers store at the Southland Mall were sent screaming into the street Sunday evening, by a gang of 40 to 50 “teens,” dare I say “youts,” who entered the mall wielding hammers to smash display cases.  In Oakland,  mobs of thieves hit a handful of pharmacies and marijuana dispensaries, including the Wellspring pharmacy.  Oakland Police say the mobs fired 175 shots during the mostly peaceful rampage, forcing officers to pull back to safe locations.  When shopping gets so dangerous that the police can’t or won’t get near the stores, I’d say you’ve got a problem.  Based upon video of the above described attacks posted on the internet, none of the looters were White supremacists.  This fact has  prompted numb-nuts Media types, who although unconcerned by these brazen robberies, have offered the wisdom of equally numb-nuts “experts,” who counsel that the people involved in the robberies must not be called “looters.”  The ABC affiliate in San Francisco reported that “According to the California Penal Code, what we saw was not looting.  The penal code defines looting as ‘theft or burglary … during a ‘state of emergency,’ ‘local emergency,’ or ‘evacuation order’ resulting from an earthquake, fire, flood, riot or other natural or man-made disaster.'”  Hence, no earthquake, no looting.  No doubt reacting to the multiple, and nearly identical videos, the station offered two “experts”  who warned that “Looting is a term that we typically use when people of color or urban dwellers are doing something.  We tend not to use that term for other people when they do the exact same thing.”  The “experts” did not specify who these “other people” might be, nor has any video of these other people come to light.   Once again, systemic racism raises its ugly head.  No doubt the White devils made them do it.  I propose an alternative explanation.  I suspect that Jeff Bezos is behind the attacks.  He owns Amazon.  He’s busy trying to conquer all retail markets in the country.  Brick and mortar retail stores represent competition for Amazon.  If he can put the stores out of business, he can sell everything.  It’s a win-win.  Bezos gets richer, and thieves from under-served communities can become online “sellers,” thus turning yesterday’s smash-and-grab robber into an entrepreneur.  Is America a great country or what?  And that’s not all.  When we grow tired of getting robbed and beaten here on Earth, Bezos will sell us a seat on one of his rockets, and shoot us out into space.  If all goes well, in no time there could be rocket ship holdups and smash-and grab robberies on the Moon.  No doubt the misguided Progressives will call that progress.  God help us.

The Left has turned our world into a fantasy landscape, where up is down, right is wrong, and who you gonna believe, Woke imbeciles, or your lying eyes?  It used to be said that two wrongs don’t make a right.  The Left rejects that maxim, in favor of a new orthodoxy.  “If you disagree with us, you’re wrong, but whatever we choose to do, and however we choose to do it, is right.”  Because these people are brain damaged, that includes ignoring the law, changing it to suit their agenda, and even resorting to violence and threats of violence to get what they want.  And I’m not just talking about the political scene.  The iron boot of the Left is being firmly applied to the most sacred element of our republic, our justice system.  This sad tableau is playing out Kenosha, Wisconsin.  In August 2020, a justified police shooting sparked days of rioting, burning, and looting in Kenosha.  Into this Hell-like scene strode Kyle Rittenhouse, a pale, doughy, 17 year old life-guard, with a first aid kit and  an AR-15 rifle.  Rittenhouse went to Kenosha to put out fires set by rioters, and appears in video cleaning graffiti from a church.  At this juncture, one must question the judgment of Rittenhouse, and that of his mother, who permitted him to enter the Woke, mostly peaceful, riot zone, but put that aside, he went.  Along the way, Rittenhouse encountered several, mostly peaceful rioters, a/k/a “protestors.” Joseph Rosenbaum, a convicted child rapist and domestic abuser, who that day had been released from a mental hospital for bipolar disorder and attempted suicide.  Rosenbaum was setting the fires Rittenhouse was trying to put out.  Anthony Huber, previously convicted of repeated domestic abuse and strangulation.  Gaige Grosskreutz; convicted felon, domestic abuser, and drunk driver, also convicted of gun possession while intoxicated.  And Maurice Freeland, who kicked Rittenhouse in the face.  Freeland had experience, having previously kicked his girlfriend in the rib cage.  Video captured Rittenhouse yelling to the mostly peaceful rioters, “Friendly, friendly, friendly!”  Rosenbaum, et al. took exception to Rittenhouse’s interruption of their right to commit arson, chased Rittenhouse shouting the N word at him. (NOTE- The principal  players in this mess were White).  Rosenbaum threatened to kill Rittenhouse.  They cornered him, and tried to take his rifle.  Only then did Rittenhouse shoot and kill Rosenbaum.  Huber took umbrage to this.  Swinging a skateboard like a baseball bat, he bashed Rittenhouse in the head, and reared back to hit him a second time while he was on the ground.  Only then was Huber shot and killed.  Enter Grosskreutz, who admitted at the trial that he didn’t get shot until after he stuck his illegally possessed pistol in Rittenhouse’s face.  The two-man clown show that is the prosecution in this case has been an insult to prosecutors everywhere.  One of them called the three felons shot by Rittenhouse “a crowd of heroes.”  The other one said Rittenhouse had no right to defend himself because “Everybody takes a beating sometimes, right?”  I hope his fat ass is next.  In 41 years as a lawyer, I’ve never seen a better case for self-defense, but Rittenhouse was indicted for murder and attempted murder.  In the sane world we used to live in, these charges would be presented to the jury, and the jury would consider only the evidence it had heard in determining guilt or innocence, but the Left has cancelled that world.  A cardinal rule of our system of justice is that a trial jury must be scrupulously protected from outside influences or pressures that might affect its verdict.  But the Left doesn’t believe in that either, so just forget it.  This is a racial matter, you see.  The alleged victims and the defendant may be White, but the Antifa rioters were in Kenosha because of BLM protests about the police shooting, which of course, has absolutely nothing to do with the facts at issue in the Rittenhouse case.  No matter.  BLM has announced that Rittenhouse must be convicted, or else it’s not “justice.”  Hence the title of this week’s offering.  BLM and the Left have taken legitimate concerns for racial justice and civil rights and perverted them into the self-same injustice which motivated righteous protests for racial justice and civil rights.  In To Kill a Mockingbird, Tom, the black defendant had to be convicted of a crime he didn’t commit because the alleged victim was white and an acquittal would result in a lynching.  Move ahead (are we really moving “ahead?”) 60 years, and the roles have been reversed.  Regardless of the law of self-defense, the Left demands the lynching of Kyle Rittenhouse, or else Kenosha burns again.  That’s not surprising.  No interference in a Leftist riot can be tolerated.  What is truly sickening, however, is the attitude of the Media, including outlets like Fox News, which seem resigned to the prospect that threats from BLM and Antifa thugs might convince the jury to convict, regardless of the evidence.  The Media aired a BLM/Antifa spokes-thug who said there were people at the trial photographing the jurors.  He made no secret of a plan to intimidate jurors and the judge.  The potential for the jury to succumb to such pressure is being openly discussed on Fox.  On MSNBC, a reporter casually reported that the protestors want to pressure the judge and jury into a conviction.  500 National Guardsmen are on call for anticipated unrest.  The exposure of a deliberating jury to blatant and public threats cannot be tolerated.  No court and no jury should be subjected to such abuse.  Noisy protestors should be moved away from the court.  Anybody who even suggests tampering with a sitting jury should be locked up, immediately, to deter other miscreants.  Kenosha got what it got in 2020 because police were ordered to “stand down” and let the rioters run riot.  BLM may have a plausible beef when police use force against a black suspect, but this is two steps removed from even that.  The alleged victims are White, and Rittenhouse wasn’t in Kenosha counter-protesting BLM, so BLM needs to butt out.  They have no dog in this fight.  Their real message is, “You try to stop a good riot and we’ll destroy you.”  That message blots out any semblance of concern for justice, and exposes them as violent thugs, no better than Antifa.  And as for those hooded bastards, it’s time for law enforcement to reassert control over chaos.  A government that won’t protect homes, streets or courts has failed.  It’s time these violent little Antifa pricks got smacked down, handcuffed and prosecuted.  “Everybody takes a beating sometimes, right?”

On the heels of the passage of the phony, bloated $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill, about 1/8 of which will actually go to building and rebuilding projects, the Biden Administration has embarked on a campaign to convince the American public that its $1.75 trillion (really $4 trillion) “Build Back Better” bill, also known as, the Bolshevik Bullshit Blowout, should also be passed.  You see, that noted economist, Corrupt Demented Imbecile Joe Biden, has decided that the cure for runaway inflation, this week pegged at 8.3%, is trillions of dollars of additional deficit spending.  Oh wait, I misspoke.  Having received his doctorate in economics from John Blutarsky University (“Grab a brew, it don’t cost nothing”), Biden has proclaimed that the $4 trillion boondoggle, “Won’t cost anything.”  And if you believe that one, Joe has a bridge he will first rebuild, and then sell you.  Joe Biden and the merry band of Wokesters who run the government clearly think all of us are gullible, stupid, not paying attention, or all of the above.  On top of this, adding the ultimate insult to the chronic injury which is the Biden presidency, is a newly discovered plan to pay a minimum of $450,000 to illegal aliens who were separated from their children when they illegally entered the United States.  Biden seems to like alliteration, ala “Build Back Better,” so lets call this insult, “Wetback Welfare Wonderland.”  Lest I not once again misspeak, while technically it’s not welfare, it is no less an outrage.  It’s necessary to explore details that the lapdog media chooses to omit in order to understand the depth and breadth of this latest fraud on the taxpayer.  Facially, it has to do with what has come to be known as the Flores Settlement Agreement.  In truth, the real impetus behind Biden’s WWW plan is the fact that Republican presidents choose to enforce our immigration laws, while Democrats are content to ignore them.  Back in 1985 (Ronald Reagan was president), several class action lawsuits alleged that illegal alien children were being mistreated by immigration detention policies at the border.  If you search online, most websites will say “two organizations” filed these lawsuits.  I suspect they don’t want to name one of the organizations as the ACLU, for reasons which will become apparent shortly.  The lawsuits dragged on for years, going to the Supreme Court, and culminating in a 1997 settlement in an ACLU lawsuit entitled, Flores v. Reno.  That would be Clinton Attorney General Janet Reno.  Under the agreement, the government is required to release children from immigration detention without unnecessary delay.  It must provide physical care, food, clothing, grooming items,  medical and dental care, immunizations (except for the Wuhan), medication, education services, communication skills, English language training, recreation and leisure time, a social work staff and counseling sessions.  As the agreement has evolved, no minor may be held in detention for more than 20 days.  The Flores Agreement forces the government to either detain illegal alien adults separately from the minors who accompanied them, or to forget about enforcing U.S. immigration laws, and just release all of them into the country.  President Trump chose to enforce the law, which meant that he had to abide by the Flores Agreement.  Trump sought a way to avoid separating children from adults, by changing the Flores Agreement, but a federal court ruled that Flores had to be followed, so Trump obeyed the ruling of the court and abided by the Flores Agreement.  Some 5,600 alleged families were separated by operation of U.S. law.  940 legal claims have been filed by illegal immigrants who claim they suffered lasting psychological distress due to the separations.  Biden’s so-called Justice Department has indicated an intention to settle these lawsuits by paying the illegal aliens $450,000 per person for their distress.  And guess what organization is negotiating the money settlements?  The ACLU!  That’s right, the same ACLU that convinced the court to order that children must be separated from adults, is now brokering massive payments to aliens who put the children in peril in the first place by illegally dragging them across the border.  In other words, because the Trump Administration did what the ACLU and the courts ordered it to do, conduct that Biden calls “outrageous behavior,” the law breakers are now entitled to your money.  One payment per case would add up to $423 million hard-earned tax dollars.  If all 5,600 illegals decide to cash in, we’re talking at least $2.5 billion.  That’s more than enough to finish the wall, which if completed, would put an end to this problem.  But Biden, who is on track to admit 2 million illegals this year alone, has a different plan.  Do nothing.  If you ignore the law and never catch the illegals, then you don’t have to worry about detaining or releasing them.  Ingenious, right?  This plan has several key virtues for the Woke idiot crowd.  It removes money from white supremecist earners, and gives it to poor migrants.  It’s also another slap at Donald Trump, which is the true motivation for every Biden action.  A win, win for the Woke Folk.  What’s more, it bolsters U.S.-Mexican relations, by greatly aiding Mexican coyotes, the criminals who transport illegals over the border.  In essence, it turns Joe Biden into the ultimate coyote, hence, Smiley Coyote.  The $450,000 payment plan, which Biden first called a “garbage accusation,” then later admitted he favored, will only encourage more illegals to cross the border.  It’s financially ruinous.  It’s an insult to all American citizens.  And worst of all, it’s bad law, and a terrible legal precedent.  The cause of action for infliction of emotional distress is what’s called a tort claim.  In order to be entitled to a recovery, you have to prove someone, in this case the government, either intentionally or negligently did something wrong that resulted in your distress.  Biden’s Justice Department clown show skipped over the “did something wrong” part.  What we have here are people who committed illegal acts, willingly involved children in their illegality, were accorded every consideration that the courts have obliged the government to supply since 1997, and now claim you owe them money.  I’ve been a lawyer 41 years, and I don’t understand that one.  And the so-called Justice Department is buying this crap.  I sent hundreds of people to prison as a prosecutor.  No doubt many suffered emotional distress thereby.  The point is, if your distress was caused by the proper operation of the law, you have no legal claim.  Biden’s plan is not justice, it’s madness.

The World Series wrapped up this week.  Even though I’m a Mets fan, I was delighted to see that the Atlanta Braves won the championship, requiring feckless baseball Commissioner Manfred to present the trophy to the team from the State from which he removed the All-Star Game for illegitimate political purposes.  Even better, he had to give the trophy to the team named “Braves,” whose fans insist on performing the, admittedly annoying, and thoroughly anti-P.C., tomahawk chop.  Delightful.  People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) used the occasion of the World Series to make another attempt to impose a speech code on America.  We have a First Amendment, you see, which is supposed to confer upon each and every American the right to speak his or her mind, regardless of whether somebody out there in the public doesn’t like it, doesn’t agree with it, or is made uncomfortable by it.  The Supreme Court has repeatedly reminded us that we don’t have speech codes in America.  The Court’s advice, “Avert your ears.”  As long as what you say isn’t a crime, a true threat to another, or likely to motivate a reasonable person to violence, it’s protected by the Constitution.  However, PETA doesn’t agree with the law.  PETA has tried to censor our language before.  They’ve previously “suggested” other language restrictions.  For instance, don’t say “kill two birds with one stone,” say, “feed two birds with one scone.”  (I guess PETA condones feeding birds fattening pastry).  Don’t say, “bring home the bacon,” say “bring home the bagels.” (I thought bagels had too many carbs).  Don’t say, “take the bull by the horns,” say “take the flower by the thorns.” (Sounds kind of masochistic to me).  Now, to coincide with the Fall Classic, PETA is tilting at a new windmill.  The latest addition to the PETA speech code would do away with the term “bullpen.”  They suggest “Arm Barn” as an alternative.  Apparently, PETA finds it unacceptable to refer to the place where baseball pitchers prepare to enter a game as “the bullpen.”  Somehow the name “bullpen” must be hurtful to bulls.  Of course, this presupposes that PETA somehow knows what bulls think.  Bull whisperers?  More like bullshitters.  So, what about bullpens?  On the website Mental Floss, David K. Israel explored the origin of the term “bullpen,” and came up with six possibilities.  1) Fans in the cheapest part of the ballpark were herded into a roped-off area that resembled a cattle pen.  2) The pitchers warmed up in front of Bull Durham tobacco signs.  3) (This one could have triggered PETA) – The incoming pitcher was being led to the slaughter.  4) Casey Stengel’s theory –  “bullpen” came from the place where extra pitchers sat “shooting the bull” until called upon. (I’m sure PETA would object to the notion of shooting any bull, but this bolsters the bullshit theory).  5) The rodeo theory – bulls were kept in pens before entering the contest.  6) The New York Giants theory – The Giants played at the Polo Grounds, which actually had a bull pen, next to which pitchers warmed up.  As the simplest possibility, this one is likely correct, but the point is, who cares?  Do the animal rights people actually expect Joe Buck to replace “bullpen” with “Arm Barn?”  For what?  To protect bulls?  From what?  There once was bullfighting, which was horribly barbaric, but not so much anymore.  Bullfighting is widely considered to be inhumane, and has been outlawed in most places.  Even in Spain, where bullfighting originated, the practice is discouraged.

That was once the bullring in Barcelona.  When bullfighting was outlawed in Catalonia, they turned it into a shopping mall.  I’m not sure which use is the more repugnant.  Anyhow, what’s the obsession with bulls?  PETA never complained about “bull in a china shop.”  Other animal terms are actually flattering.  Wise as an owl.  Sly as a fox.  Okay, so “bird brain” and “going batty” may not be so positive, but “strong like bull” is pretty good.  “Mess with the bull and you get the horns” is good advice.  So what’s so bad about a bullpen?  Maybe PETA only approves of free range bulls.  Or maybe it’s just bullshit.  Maybe, just maybe, PETA, and every other Woke, goody-goody, well-meaning, holier than thou, interest group wants to occupy us with worrying about mere words, so we’ll be too busy to notice that our freedoms are being pulled from us one by one.  We used to say, “sticks and stones will break my bones, but words will never hurt me.”  In Woke Snowflake Land, it’s more like, “picking up sticks and stones is work Americans won’t do, and we don’t do any meaningful work, so words are all we’ve got.”  In First Amendment law there’s a concept known as “fighting words,” words which by their very utterance, inflict injury or tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace.  For Woke imbeciles, any words they hear that don’t square 100% with what they want are fighting words.  If you’re triggered by the word “bullpen,” you’re the one with the problem, and you should seek help.  And what’s with Leftists and “triggers.”  I thought they didn’t like guns.  So “Arm Barns” instead of “bullpens?”  I think not.  How about Ass Hats.         

During the 2020 election, Il Duce Barrack Obama was famously quoted for his observation, “Don’t underestimate the ability of Joe Biden to f**k things up.”  That may be the only thing that Il Duce ever said that I agreed with.  You have to admit that Obama had it right.  In a remarkably short period of time, Corrupt Demented Imbecile Joe Biden has F’d up everything he’s touched.  Think about it.  Courtesy of President Trump, we had full employment, rising incomes, lower taxes, and an expanding economy, in which companies that had fled the U.S. were returning.  Our trade policies were revamped.  China, North Korea and Iran were under control.  Our troops were coming home – alive.  Our NATO allies were paying what they owed.  Our military was strong.  We had energy independence, no longer at the mercy of the oil policies of Middle East bandits.  The southern border was secure.  Biden turned all that into a stagnant economy, run-away inflation, the promise of higher taxes, and an open border, through which 2 million illegal aliens will come this year alone.  Biden’s alienated our allies.  His bumbling has killed troops in Afghanistan, and left Americans at the mercy of the Taliban.  When even the French accuse you of cowardice, it’s bad.  China is threatening to invade Taiwan, which could be catastrophic, as many believe Taiwan has tactical nuclear weapons.  North Korea’s Little Rocketman has started firing his rockets again, and Iran is on its way to nuclear weapons.  With the stroke of a pen, Biden shut down a U.S. oil pipeline, green-lighted a Russian pipeline in Europe, and impeded fracking, which has seen energy prices surge by 50%.  Two years ago, we had so much natural gas, they ran out of places to store it.  Now, we’re being warned to expect a cold winter.  What’s more, the Biden Administration seems unwilling even to pretend that it cares about the opinions of a majority of the public.  Witness the recent School Board meetings fiasco.  The last year or so has seen an uptick in stories about parents at School Board meetings complaining about critical race theory and idiotic Woke gender policies.  This came to a head when a Virginia father rightfully protested the sexual assault of his daughter in a school bathroom by what is termed “a gender fluid” person, a/k/a, a male in a dress, who by School Board policy, was permitted to use the girl’s restroom.  When, instead of exhibiting compassion, the School Board denied the attack ever happened, and had the father arrested, all Hell broke loose.  The Biden Administration’s solution?  Send the FBI counter-terrorism unit in to investigate people who dare to protest against the government.  All these debacles have cratered Biden’s approval ratings, raising red flags for Democrats.  Many have been comparing the Biden presidency to that of Jimmy Carter.  There are many parallels, but there are important differences as well.  Both Carter and Biden were weak, ineffective presidents.  Both were confronted by energy crises.  Carter’s response was what became known as “the Malaise Speech.”  Carter sought to rally the public by lecturing Americans about what was wrong – with them.  “All the legislation in the world can’t fix what’s wrong with America … The threat is nearly invisible in ordinary ways.  It is a crisis of confidence.  It is a crisis that strikes at the very heart and soul and spirit of our national will.  We can see this crisis in the growing doubt about the meaning of our own lives and in the loss of a unity of purpose for our nation.  The erosion of our confidence in the future is threatening to destroy the social and the political fabric of America.”  Since Americans typically don’t like being told their problems are their fault, Carter was voted out the next year.  Biden also faces an energy crisis.  The difference is Biden is the one who created it.  Carter’s point was that we had to reach energy independence, so as not to have to rely on Middle East oil.  The promise of energy independence was repeated by presidents Reagan, Bush 41, Clinton, and Bush 43, but they never delivered.  Donald Trump gave us the energy independence that was promised for 40 years.  His reward?  The Democrats impeached him – twice.  Biden’s crisis is the Democrats’ plan, a Woke fever dream, in which all coal, oil, and gas use is ended and you light and heat your homes and run your cars on wind, sunshine and pond scum.  Good luck with that.  Carter and Biden both are beset by Americans held hostage.  The difference is Carter’s hostages were the result of an Iranian invasion of the U.S. Embassy, while Biden’s hostages are at risk only because he abandoned them in Afghanistan.   Jimmy Carter told Americans they had to make sacrifices by The difference here is that Carter suffered from a lack of products, and Biden has everything we need sitting just out of reach of the consumer, but can’t figure out how get it to the shelves.  Once again, don’t assume the reason for Biden’s woes is ineptitude.  More than anything else, he’s a victim of the Faustian bargain he made with the Democrat far-Left.  The Woke nuts threw their support to Biden when his nomination was far from assured.  The price they extracted was a nutty, extreme, far-Left Cabinet, and Biden’s support for every ruinous policy on the Marxist wish list.  That’s the main difference between Joe Biden and Jimmy Carter.  Carter was ineffective, but he wasn’t senile.  Carter wasted time trying to micro-manage everything down to the schedule on the White House tennis court.  Biden rarely knows where he is, more than once asking, “What am I doing here?  The point is Jimmy Carter at least meant well.  Joe Biden doesn’t.  Carter wanted to restore respect for America as the leader of the world, and Biden wants to punish America, diminish its role in world affairs, destroy our form of government, and transform us into a socialist worker’s paradise, the likes of the Soviet Union, where people used to say of the government, “We pretend to work, and they pretend to pay us.”  Simply put, Joe Biden seeks to ensure the very malaise that Jimmy Carter tried, in vain, to
