It’s January. There is no more miserable time of year. Some call it the dead of winter. If you’re in New Jersey, the weather’s always rotten, but in January, it’s even worse. It’s cold, it’s wet, and there seems no end in sight. February and March are no bargains either, but at least you’ve got baseball Spring training, and the prospect of better times ahead. But not in January. I was reminded of the first line of Shakespeare’s Richard III, “Now is the Winter of our discontent.” And let’s face it. There’s plenty of discontent to go around this Winter. Where do I begin? Let’s start with the Wuhan, which continues to spread. Now there’s concern over a new strain from Britain. According to the “experts,” it’s more easily communicated, but no more deadly. Therefore, we may safely conclude that it is more contagious, or it isn’t, and that it’s no more deadly than the domestic Wuhan, or that we’re all doomed. Anyhow, the number of positive Wuhan tests keeps going up, while the percentage of those infected who are hospitalized in serious condition keeps going down, from more than 0.6% of all cases in the Spring, to about 0.3% of all positive cases today. Against this backdrop, Democrats continue to preach armageddon. Although California has mandated more masking and lock downs than any other State, California has the worst Wuhan problem. The Democrat solution? More masks and lock downs. Corrupt demented imbecile Joe Biden has promised us “a dark Winter.” Maybe he blew a fuse in his basement. The much heralded vaccines are available. I’m ready to take it, but here in New Jersey, it’s not my turn yet. On Monday, while my car was being serviced, I was forced to sit in a waiting room and listen to a CNN host lambast an Administration official for not having 20 million people vaccinated by now. He explained that number of vaccines were sent to the States. But, the States decide who gets the vaccine and when. In my county, we’re still in Group 1A, so only healthcare workers and long-term residents can get it. There’s a website. Here’s how screwed up things are. My sister-in-law went on the site and registered for the vaccine. She received a confirmation, and went to the prescribed location. Inside were approximately 100 fully masked and shielded medical professionals ready to administer vaccines – to no one. No one was there to get a vaccine, except my sister-in-law. And when they learned she was not in Group 1A, they said she couldn’t have it. The whole system seems to be 4F. Moving on, another source of discontent is, of course, the elections. Trump lost under conditions that virtually assured his reelection. I mean, if you lose fair and square, so be it, but 2020 is the year of the Never-Neverland elections. We’ve never had so much blatant election fraud, yet so few elected officials, not to mention media people, willing even to mention it. The Republican House pickups were the only bright spot in our electoral discontent, but even they’re tainted. Republicans picked up 12 seats, but 64 days after the election, NY 22 remains undecided, the Republican 182 votes ahead. In Iowa, a Republican won by 6 votes, and her opponent appealed to Nancy Pelosi to seat her instead. Pelosi seated the Republican “provisionally,” pending a House investigation. Yeah, you know what’s coming. They’re sharpening the screws even as I type. Then Luke Letlow, elected to the House from Louisiana. He died of the Wuhan last week, before taking office. Eric Swalwell was a lot closer to the Chinese than Letlow. Why not him? Back to Never-Neverland. The presidential election was a list of Never-Nevers. An incumbent with an approval rating at 50% had never lost. Till 2020. No Republican who won Ohio, Florida and Iowa had lost, except Nixon in 1960, and then only because of LBJ election fraud in Texas and Democrat election fraud in Chicago. Sound familiar? An incumbent never got 12 million more votes and lost reelection, e.g., Obama got 3.5 million fewer votes in 2012, and still won. We were told that, if Trump increased his support among Blacks and Hispanics, Biden could never win. Trump’s support from Black voters increased by 50% and he got more than 35% of the Hispanic vote, sure harbingers of a Democrat loss, yet we are asked to believe Biden got more than 81 million votes. And 81 million votes from where? In 2008, Il Duce Obama won 824 of the 3,007 counties in the U.S., and got 69 million votes. In 2020, Biden won just 524 counties to 2,483 for Trump, and he supposedly got 81 million votes. Never-Neverland. The election was won in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia. It seems that Trump increased his share of the Black vote in every county in the country, except Philadelphia, Milwaukee, and Detroit, where Biden supposedly got a larger percentage of the black vote than did Obama. Believe it or not. Not. Then there’s Georgia. Trump led in the counting until 89% of the vote was tallied, when Biden edged ahead. After that point, the Georgia totals were updated 53 times, and defying all mathematical probabilities, each of the succeeding 53 batches of votes found that Biden had gotten exactly 50.05% to Trump’s 49.95%. Some coincidence, huh? Which leads me to the latest source of Never-Never Winter discontent, the Georgia run-off elections. The whole system is screwy. In November, Perdue beat Ossoff by 88,000 votes, but got only 49.73%, requiring a run-off. The other seat also went to a run-off, and we were told Republicans had never (there’s that word again) never lost a Georgia special election. Until January 5th. As this is written, both Republicans appear to have lost, putting the Senate in the hands of the detestable Chuck Schumer and his merry band of Bolsheviks. This measure of discontent makes an unlikely subject the most powerful man in the Senate. If he keeps his word, and that’s a big if, West Virginia’s Joe Manchin becomes the deciding vote on the entire whacky Socialist agenda. Although he won’t want to burn his Democratic Party bridges, Manchin has said he will not vote for such measures such as ending the filibuster, packing the Supreme Court, or adding new States. Now, we’ll see if he meant it. Manchin seems to be a reasonable and honorable man. It remains to be seen whether the Winter of our discontent will be turned into glorious summer by this sun of Farmington, West Virginia. Hope Springs eternal.
In the 1960’s, there was a TV show called That Was The Week That Was, which was a satirical review of current events, especially politics, and which featured songs by Tom Lehrer. Looking back on the colossal shit show that’s been 2020, it occurred to me that 2020 is the year that wasn’t. It wasn’t supposed to go the way it went. 2020 has been a lost year in so many respects. Our kids lost a year of education, because virtual learning is virtually useless. Our economy, not to say the stock market, which has yet to feel the pain, has suffered enormous damage that will take years to remedy. Our cities lost the ability to enforce the law. All of us lost our freedom to come and go, or even to enjoy a simple meal in a restaurant. 2020 was the year that sports shut down, then reappeared in empty stadiums, with fake crowd noise. Worst of all, in 2020, we lost a President who was the only breath of fresh air in the foul stench that is Washington, D.C. 2020 was supposed to be the Year of the Rat, but turned out to be the Year of the Wuhan bat – if you want to believe that crap. Or maybe just the Year of the Chinese Red Death. The year began innocently enough, with the usual predictions. The super-leftist website Vox, which hates all things conservative, made 18 predictions for 2020, crowing that 12 of their 16 2019 predictions had come true. Like most things in 2020, Vox came up short, their record dropping to 50%. Here’s what Vox predicted for 2020.
1. Donald Trump will win reelection. Vox noted incumbency, the growing economy, low unemployment, and peace as the deciding factors. Wrong. The Wuhan virus, plus vote fraud overrode all the positives, as the sneaking, lying Chinese hoped it would.
2. Joe Biden will be the Democrat nominee. This was an easy one, given the field of whackos, has beens, and light weights he was running against.
3. The GOP holds the Senate. They got this one right, at least so far. If the Dems manage to steal the two Senate runoff elections in Georgia, like they did the presidential race, who knows?
4. Trump will not get a new Supreme Court appointment. Wrong. Vox calculated the odds of Ruth Bader Ginsburg dying at 8.2%. She beat the odds.
5. The Supreme Court will allow more abortion restrictions. Wrong. The Court struck down restrictions in Louisiana.
6. The Democratic primary will be settled on Super Tuesday. Not a big stretch. See Number 2 above.
7. The number of people in global poverty will fall. Wrong. Due to the Wuhan, poverty is up 1.9%. Thanks again China.
8. Brexit (finally) happens (with 95% probability).
Wrong. The British Establishment has no more respect for the will of the voters than the scum that run the U.S.
9. No US troops land in Iran. There was never much chance of this with Trump. But never mind invasion. With the incoming Harris/Biden Administration, any chance of confronting and controlling those murdering bastards falls to zero.
10. China’s internment camps for Muslims will remain open. Here, Vox criticized Trump’s tough talk about the Chinese as toothless. They suggested Trump might veto Congress’s 2020 Uiger Human Rights Policy Act. They got that wrong. He signed it 6/17/20. But the camps remain open, and Biden likely will send China money to hire more guards.
11. Netanyahu will not be unseated as Israeli prime minister. Wrong. This is a mixed bag. One election ushered in a coalition government with rotating PM’s. That Failed. A new election is scheduled for February.
12. No gene drives to fight malaria-carrying mosquitoes will be launched in any part of the world.
I’ll give them this one. Malaria? What’s malaria? In 2020, there is no disease but one disease, and Covid is its name.
13. No new CRISPR-edited babies will be born. Wrong. I wasn’t familiar with the the concept of gene-edited babies. Vox cited a global backlash, but China announced a new gene-edited baby in November. Not a surprise. The Chinese have distracted the globe from any backlash by infecting it with the Wuhan. If they admit to one, the lying Chinese sacks of shit probably have an army of gene-edited robots.
14. The number of drug-resistant infections will increase. Vox was right, but for the wrong reason. Once again the Wuhan is responsible for the spread of such antibiotic resistant bugs such as candida auris, and something they’re calling super gonorrhea. Good job China.
15. Facial recognition will be banned in at least three more cities. Vox cited concerns for privacy and misidentification of people of color. In 2020, those were the least of our concerns. But, New Orleans, Portland and Madison, Wisconsin banned it. Banning facial recognition would have been bad enough, but we had the 2020 insanity of defunding the police, decriminalizing crime, and tolerating rioting, looting and arson. Facial recognition wouldn’t work anyway. The lawless bastards of Antifa all wear black masks.
16. Global carbon emissions will increase. Wrong.
Emissions were down 7% due to Wuhan lockdowns. Thanks again China.
17. Average world temperatures will increase relative to 2019. Wrong. They say figures don’t lie, but liars figure. The July 2020 global land and ocean surface temperature merely tied the 2016 second-highest July temperature in the 140 years that records have been kept. Think it’s hot now? Take a look at 1934. In any case, 140 years is insignificant in the scheme of global history, during which time the temperatures have gone up and down drastically without any input from Man.
18. California has a wildfire among the 10 most destructive in state history. This one was too easy to predict. In fact, most of the worst fires were set. I don’t think we should blame global warming for making arson more efficient. The fires keep getting worse because of California’s nutty environmental policies. 100% sustainable energy means not enough energy, and rolling blackouts. Their water policy causes needless droughts. So, Californians, to paraphrase Shakespeare, “the fault lies not in the carbon emissions, but in yourselves.”
Unlike Vox, I’m making only one prediction for 2021. It just has to be better than 2020. So, before the swearing in of corrupt demented imbecile Joe Biden, let’s swear out the year 2020. 2020, cursed year of unrelenting shit, get the F**k out, and take with you the Chinese bats, the ventilators, the masks, the lock downs, Governor Cuomo and his brother Fredo, the hand-washing PSA’s, the words “new normal, the school closures, the restaurant restrictions, the empty stadiums, Dr. Birx’s scarves, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, and most of all Dr. Fauci. Ship one and all the Hell out of here, and give us back our lives. Amen. 2020 has ended. Go on a cruise.
In the movie The Usual Suspects, Verbal Kint says of arch-villain Keyser Soze, “The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.” The Devil had nothing on the Deep State. No longer encumbered by the need even to make a pretense of telling the truth, the Establishment swears that there is no such thing as the Deep State, and it labels anyone who even dares to mention such a thing a conspiracy theorist. Like many other lies we’ve been told in recent months and years, many are willing to believe this, even in the face of indisputable evidence that the notion that we have a government of the people, by the people, and for the people is just another load of crap. In 2016, we thought we’d broken the Deep State. We elected Donald Trump, who had sworn to work for the forgotten men and women of America. He had no use for lobbyists. He didn’t need their money. Trump vowed to stop China from stealing us blind, to fix trade and lower taxes. He won, I think, because Hillary was unliked and unlikable, and because the “experts” in the Establishment said it wasn’t possible and underestimated him. After the election, Trump did the deeds that would seal his fate in 2020. He kept every promise that he’d made. That was his big mistake. It solidified the opposition, which is nearly all the world, against him. Democrats hated him on general principles, he stole their power. RINO Republicans (the Never Trumpers) hated him because he exposed them as the frauds they really are, and rendered them irrelevant. The thieving lobbyists hated him because he cost them money. Ditto the Wall Street crooks who made fortunes in China and relied on an unlimited supply of cheap, illegal alien labor to fuel profits. China hated Trump for daring to expose them as unprincipled bandits who steal anything not nailed down. Russia? Well, Russia thrives on sowing discord in America, so they were loving this. Even our supposed allies like Great Britain, Italy and Australia got into the act, agreeing to have their intelligence agencies participate in the illegal efforts to depose Trump in 2016 and 2017. And all the while, we were happily anticipating the day when the truth came out about the Russian collusion hoax and the FBI and CIA plot to unseat our president. How many times did we hear Shaun Hannity say “tick, tock, as Freedom Caucus members assured us the truth was about to be revealed?” How long have we been waiting for John Durham to release his report, or whatever the Hell he’s been doing? It’s hard to believe that we all wasted four years waiting for justice to be meted out to Comey, Strozk, Clapper and Brennan. We were rope-a-doped for four years. The Deep State strung us all along, long enough to steal the election, rid themselves of Trump, and retake control. We’ve been royally screwed, and I guess it’s our own fault for believing that it was possible for anyone to control the bloated, all-powerful and thoroughly corrupt Leviathan that our government has become. I know this is a really depressing sentiment for the Holiday Season. I won’t say “Christmas” because Christmas is all about birth, and unfortunately, our country is now a lot closer to death. As we are the victims of a fraud let’s call it the Fraudmas Season. So in the spirit of Fraudmas, I offer this carol –
THE TWELVE DAYS OF FRAUDMAS
On the first day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
Schumer, Omar and AOC
On the second day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
Nancy Pelosi; Schumer, Omar and AOC
On the third day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
three blocked tweets, Nancy Pelosi; Schumer, Omar and AOC
On the fourth day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
four tell-all books, three blocked tweets, Nancy Pelosi; Schumer, Omar and AOC
On the fifth day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
five – Chinese – spies, four tell-all books, three blocked tweets, Nancy Pelosi; Schumer, Omar and AOC
On the sixth day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
six networks lying, five – Chinese – spies, four tell-all books, three blocked tweets, Nancy Pelosi; Schumer, Omar and AOC
On the seventh day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
seven Bidens stealing, six networks lying, five – Chinese – spies, four tell-all books, three blocked tweets, Nancy Pelosi; Schumer, Omar and AOC
On the eighth day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
eight leakers leaking, seven Bidens stealing, six networks lying, five – Chinese – spies, four tell-all books, three blocked tweets, Nancy Pelosi; Schumer, Omar and AOC
On the ninth day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
nine crocks of Bull Schiff, eight leakers leaking, seven Bidens stealing, six networks lying, five – Chinese – spies, four tell-all books, three blocked tweets, Nancy Pelosi; Schumer, Omar and AOC
On the tenth day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
ten cities burning, nine crocks of Bull Schiff, eight leakers leaking, seven Bidens stealing, six networks lying, five – Chinese – spies, four tell-all books, three blocked tweets, Nancy Pelosi; Schumer, Omar and AOC
On the eleventh day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
eleven whistleblowers blowing, ten cities burning, nine crocks of Bull Schiff, eight leakers leaking, seven Bidens stealing, six networks lying, five – Chinese – spies, four tell-all books, three blocked tweets, Nancy Pelosi; Schumer, Omar and AOC
On the twelfth day of Fraudmas the Deep State gave to me,
twelve RINOs ducking, eleven whistleblowers blowing, ten cities burning, nine crocks of Bull Schiff, eight leakers leaking, seven Bidens stealing, six networks lying, five – Chinese – spies, four tell-all books, three blocked tweets, Nancy Pelosi; Schumer, Omar and AOC
So Merry Fraudmas to all, and to all I say, we’re doomed.
Maybe by next week I’ll be in a better mood, but don’t count on it.
As the Wuhan virus vaccines are beginning to be distributed, demented Democrats, in league with the lying media are still indulging their “bash Trump” psychosis. It’s not bad enough they lied about him for 5 years, spied on his campaign, and tried to impeach him. It’s not bad enough that Trump had to deal with a Fifth Column of subversive Obama staffers as well as downright traitorous employees like Comey, Strozk and Vindman. It’s not bad enough Trump had to deal with a media that refused to credit him for any achievement. Like him or not, the truth is Donald Trump moved heaven and Earth to produce and distribute supplies the States couldn’t get during the pandemic, mobilized the government and private industry, and cut miles of red tape to get things done. For his trouble, Trump was derided every day in the media for “botching” the Wuhan response, and then, when Corrupt Demented Imbecile (CDI) Joe Biden alleged that Trump did nothing but play golf during the pandemic, no one in the media, no one in the government, including the Republicans, spoke up to set the record straight. They used every means to rid themselves of Trump. Now that they’ve succeeded, you’d think they’d say “enough is enough,” but no. Now that the vaccines that Trump told us would come before the end of the year have appeared on schedule, you’d think one of them might actually slip and at least say “thank you.” Not a chance. Remember, we now live in a world where there is no history, but for what the lying media tells you today. Unfortunately, I have a memory. The Washington Post now accuses Trump of politicizing the Wuhan vaccines. New Jersey’s Red Star Ledger, scoffs at the notion that Trump wants credit for the vaccines. Seriously? I guess without an honest media prepared to point out blatant lies and mind-boggling hypocrisy, there’s no reason to ever tell the truth, but here it is. Remember when Trump was touting the progress on the vaccines, and predicting they would be ready before the end of the year? It was Trump’s vaccine when they said it could never be done so fast. It was Trump’s vaccine when Democrats said they would never take something he produced. It was Trump’s vaccine when CDI Biden said, “I trust vaccines, I trust scientists, but I don’t trust Donald Trump.” It was Trump’s vaccine when Andrew Cuomo said no New Yorker could take it unless his State tested and approved it. Cuomo changed his tune when Trump told him, “Fine, I won’t send you any.” And Cuomo has to have what my father likes to call “brass balls” to comment on any Wuhan related issue. Cuomo killed at least 12,000 people in nursing homes, he killed small businesses, and has perhaps permanently damaged his State’s economy (already on life support) with his draconian lock downs. Yet such is 2020. Trump saves the States and untold lives and is bashed and defeated. Cuomo kills people, drives his State into the ground, then writes a book about how great he did, and he’s celebrated. And Trump is politicizing this? Biden’s health advisor, Dr. Death, Ezekiel Emanuel, says we shouldn’t provide the vaccine to the Americans who paid for it until the whole world gets it. And Trump is politicizing this? The Confused One, Joe Biden, accuses Trump of racism in vaccine distribution. Biden says only he can fix it, explaining, “There is no detailed plan, that we’ve seen anyway, as to how you get the vaccine out of a container, into an injection syringe, into somebody’s arm.” Huh? It was bad enough when Jimmy Carter wasted his time scheduling appointments on the White House tennis court. If CDI Biden is going to spend his time trying to figure out how to teach medical professionals to give an injection, we’re in a lot of trouble here. The truth is the Democrats have politicized every part of the pandemic. They supported Fascist lock down policies by telling us to “follow the science.” Follow the science? Every Trump event was bashed as a “superspreader event.” Yet we now know the biggest confirmed superspreader event was a Biogen medical conference early in the year. DNA mapping of patients found the conference, attended by some of the same medical professionals who spent the year lecturing us, spread the Wuhan to 300,000 people. Democrats politicized the mask debate. “The Science” first said don’t wear them, then do wear them. The Dems now tell us we must wear them, or else we’re not patriotic. “The Science” out of Denmark says the masks made little difference. We can see this with our own eyes, as States subject to strict mask mandates have fared no better than others. A study at University of Massachusetts Lowell and California Baptist University found that a 3 layer surgical mask is 65% effective, but that reusing a mask is more dangerous than no mask at all. The authors say “It is natural to think that wearing a mask should always be better than nothing. Our results show that this belief is only true for particles larger than 5 microns, but not for fine particles smaller than 2.5 microns.” The Wuhan virus is under 1 micron in size. And the study tested surgical masks, not the various and sundry face coverings being constantly used and reused, like the bandanas over the faces of shoppers, reminiscent of Jesse James looking pull off a train robbery. Democrats even politicized potential drug therapies. Trump mentioned hydroxychloraquine, so it was banned in some places. That it’s been proven safe and effective for 60 years didn’t matter. We had to hear Neil Cavuto, as the Dems like to say, without any evidence, tell us, “this stuff will kill you.” This despite the fact that doctors far more experienced than Sanjay Gupta prescribed it, took it themselves, and knew that it worked. I personally know a police officer whose severe Wuhan symptoms disappeared once he was able to get hydroxychloraquine. They didn’t care. They so shamelessly politicized the treatment that, when some woman in Arizona tried to kill her husband with fish tank cleaner with a similar name, they blamed Trump. Who knows how many people would still be alive without this Democrat meddling. The latest proof that a disease is no different to Democrats than any political issue comes from whacky Maxine Waters who says the reason why Democrats should not agree with Republicans on another virus relief package is because the GOP has been trying to “invalidate the votes of millions of people.” I rest my case. In 2020, despite the fact that there is nothing beneath politics, there sadly is nothing above politics.
FRANK ON FRIDAY – The Empire Strikes Back
What a week, huh? Let’s deal with the protest at the Capitol first. Despite what you’re hearing from Democrats and their media lap-dogs, this is a two-part question. The speech, and the violence. Second question first. What those nuts did in the Capitol was a travesty. I spent all summer denouncing the nation-wide violence of Black Lives Matters and Antifa, so there’s no way to condone or excuse what those people did. This summer, we watched police stations burn, entire shopping districts looted to the bare walls, and hundreds of businesses, many of them minority owned, robbed and destroyed by what the Left told us was were “mostly peaceful protests.” The irony, of course is that the self-same elected A-holes who were content all summer with BLM and Antifa’s burning, looting and killing, were shocked, shocked to find that some people, however misguided, might carry out a less violent protest in their place of business. Surprising no one, the A-holes called this a “coup,” an “insurrection” and “treason.” I won’t mince words. The people who stormed the Capitol need to be arrested so they can face the justice that BLM and Antifa criminals were able to avoid. No sooner had the crazies stormed the Capitol, that we were told whose fault it was. Again surprising no one, they blamed Trump. No surprise because these same A-holes having been blaming Trump for all ills, real or imagined, since he descended the elevator in 2015. They’ve been lying about the man the whole time. In the interest of full disclosure, at times, Donald Trump has been his own worst enemy, providing ample ammunition to the forces of evil. And so, it was inevitable that the Left would spare no time claiming that Trump incited the violence in his January 6th speech outside the White House. He didn’t, but, as usual, the truth is no defense for Donald Trump. In any case, this is the truth. The crowd heard Trump’s words and rushed off to take the Capitol building? Not so fast. Trump began speaking at noon, and spoke till 1:13 p.m. The Capitol was a mile and a half from the speech site. So Trump ordered violence and the mob obeyed, right? Wrong! Trump gave the same speech he’s been giving for years. All his accomplishments. The crooked media. Then he recounted the myriad instances of election fraud. At about 12:05, Trump promised never to concede. At 12:07, the crowd chanted, “Fight for Trump!” Not “Kill the infidels” mind you, “Fight for Trump!” At about 12:13, Trump told the crowd, “You’re not the people who tore down our nation.” At 12:16, Trump told them to fight hard, go to the Capitol and “cheer on” the Republicans challenging the electors. But wasn’t it un-American to do that? Just the opposite. Seven States sent alternate electors to Congress, and Congress had a duty to at least investigate the issue. At 1:00 p.m., the nuts were breaking into the Capitol. Trump was still speaking, as the crowd chanted “We love you!” Pretty violent, huh? Anyhow, Trump spoke till 1:13, when he told the crowd to walk to the Capitol, “peacefully and patriotically” to “make your voices heard.” The crowd was 1 1/2 miles away. The nut attack caused the remaining Republicans willing to uphold their oaths of office to fold like cheap cameras, and the Establishment was back in control. The Left won, but it wasn’t enough. Now they’ve impeached Trump a second time, with less than a week to his term. Many constitutional experts say they can’t, because he’ll be gone January 20th, and you can’t impeach a private citizen, noting the Constitution only mentions impeaching “the President.” Some say otherwise, noting the Constitution doesn’t explicitly say they can’t do it. Why bother? To right a wrong? For the good of the nation? Nah! Out of fear. There are two parts to impeachment. Removal from office and preventing the removed President from holding another office. Trump showed them up. He rebelled against the authority of the Establishment, and took their power for a time. He must be destroyed and must never come back. That’s what this is all about. We’ve seen this movie before. In 1980, George Lucas gave us, The Empire Strikes Back. Recall that the first Star Wars movie was, A New Hope, where the rebel alliance checks the power of the evil Empire. In 1980, the Empire struck back, to regain its lost power. And here we go again. Darth Schumer and Nancy the Nutt
are out to destroy the rebel MAGA alliance once and for all. They must forever rid themselves of Don Plaintalker and Princess Melania. And they’re counting on phony Republican turncoats, like Mitto Romnessian, to finally capture Plaintalker, and seal him in carbonite, so he can’t make any more trouble. They can’t afford to let Plaintalker get away to launch Episode VI, Return of the MAGI. The Empire is counting on the lily-livered, useless Congress, an institution that P.J. O’Rourke once branded a Parliament of Whores, to do its dirty work. They’re clearly whores, who don’t deserve to be compared to a Parliament, so they might pull it off. The problem is that this isn’t a movie, and many of us are not willing to go over to the Dark Side. One thing from the movie hasn’t changed. Corrupt demented imbecile Joe Biden does bear an uncanny resemblance to Emperor Palpatine.
