The Holiday season fast approaches. This being the year 2020, the season is accompanied by dire warnings from various and sundry medical “experts” that we best cancel all get-togethers and celebrations, lest we risk the Wuhan plague. Merry Christmas. And yet we remain enmeshed in the aftermath of the presidential election. If the results are to be believed, we must believe that Donald Trump received 11 million more votes than he got in 2016, and still lost. We must believe that voter turnout in urban areas, not normally known for high turnout, were at historic highs, some more than 95%. We must believe that Joe Biden, a man who couldn’t draw flies during the campaign, and who’s electric personality is such that he couldn’t lure you out of a burning building, inspired 81 million people to vote for him, and to do so in such a way that Biden under-performed Il Duce Obama’s numbers in all swing State counties, except those in cities such as Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee and Atlanta. The election lawsuits and public hearings grind on toward the December 14th Electoral College vote, with stories of vote fraud in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada and Michigan. I wish I could be confident. I know that this will serve only to further depress readers who already are in a foul mood, but I am reminded of a scene from A Christmas Carol. Scrooge implores Marley’s ghost, “Speak comfort to me, Jacob.” But alas, like Marley’s ghost, “I have none to give,” for I fear all the Trump complaints will come to nothing. Not that there isn’t abundant evidence of fraud. In Michigan, a Senate committee heard witnesses who reported that with Trump ahead in the count on election night, all of a sudden they stopped counting votes. At around 4:30 a.m. the day after Election Day, a massive ballot dump of more than 130,000 votes appeared for Joe Biden. One GOP elections observer said all of the military ballots she saw looked like “Xerox copies” of each other. None were registered Michigan voters, and 100% went for Joe Biden. “They had to manually enter the names, addresses, and a false birthdate of 1/1/2020, to override the system and allow them to enter non-registered voters. Michigan has same day registration, but not “day after the election registration.” Michigan uses the tainted Dominion election software. Melissa Carone, a Dominion trained contractor blew the whistle on Dominion workers, and revealed ballots were being tabulated in the Department of Elections, which is completely illegal. Batches of ballots were being scanned 8-10 ten times over and over. Ballots are supposed to drop into a sealed box after being scanned through the tabulating machine, but instead were accessible to the election workers after being scanned through the machine. Boxes that were supposed to receive the scanned ballots were moved to another part of the room and used to block poll observers. In Georgia, there’s evidence that Dominion software officials meddled with the counting systems and then destroyed evidence. Dominion officials were videoed allegedly changing votes by using the internet and USB devices in Gwinnett County. Trump supposedly lost Georgia by less than 10,000 votes. In Wisconsin, a Postal subcontractor was told that over 100,000 Ballots were gathered on November 4th and backdated so that they would still be counted. Trump supposedly lost Wisconsin by 20,000 votes. Other whistleblower statements include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania. The Amistad Project, a national constitutional litigation organization of the Thomas More Society, has sworn declarations that state over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania. They claim their evidence reveals multi-state illegal efforts by postal workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states. In Pennsylvania, Greg Stenstrom, told the legislature that in Delaware County he “witnessed unsupervised access by a vendor representing Dominion, during which the vendor violated election system certification protocols and inserted jump drives to download and update the aggregation machines counting the vote.” Amistad has additional evidence that postal workers in Pennsylvania were instructed to place Trump mail in undeliverable bins while making sure that Biden mail was delivered in a timely fashion. As bad as all this sounds, and it sounds terrible, don’t expect the courts to fix this mess. There are just too many States in play for the U.S. Supreme Court to affect the outcome of the election, and in most of the States at issue, the state judges are nothing more than elected officials who aren’t going to jeopardize their phony-baloney jobs just to do what’s right. So much for justice. What’s left? What’s left is the system set up by the Constitution, which provides that each State shall appoint the presidential electors, “in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct.” This means that the final decision on whose electors are certified rests with the State legislatures, which can reject electors appointed in an election so tainted by fraud that there can be no confidence in it’s results. That would have to happen before December 14th. Don’t get your hopes up, this is a heavy lift, and a lot to ask from elected officials who also want to protect their phony-baloney jobs (see above). Failing this, the Congress, which meets January 6th to hear the results of the electoral votes, can, with at least one House and one Senate member challenging the results, conduct debates leading to votes on whether to accept the results. Don’t hold your breath on this one either. Never forget that the majority of the people voting will be either Democrats who hate Trump, or Rhino Republicans, who never supported Trump as President, and are glad to see him go. In summary, the 2020 election is a story of electoral theft on a massive scale. It is, however, a tragedy without a remedy. If these sobering truths haven’t succeeded in depressing you enough, I close with yet another tragedy – Shakespeare’s Macbeth.

I fear that Donald Trump’s hour upon the stage is coming to an end. We have enjoyed the show, but his brief candle is flickering out.
To say that we gives thanks for anything that’s happened in the year 2020 seems to be a stretch, but there’s still much to be thankful for. The double-whammy of the never-ending Wuhan virus restrictions, coupled with the presidential election have completely worn us out. As if it wasn’t bad enough that we can’t go anywhere and can’t do anything, while constantly wondering if the Wuhan lurks in every shadow, the election has just about done us in. We went from the high exhilaration of the Trump campaign rallies, and a seeming victory on election night to the depths of depression. We should have known something was up, when Hillary Clinton warned Biden, “whatever you do, don’t concede the election.” We should have known the fix was in when Democrats kept warning their minions “don’t worry if it looks like Trump is winning big on election night, just wait for us to count the mail ballots.” And, oh boy, did they ever count the mail ballots. In New York, 20 days after election day, they’re still counting the mail ballots. That’s right. Congressman Lee Zeldin has 61% of the vote, he’s 65,000 votes ahead in his district, but he hasn’t been declared the winner yet because they still need to count 14% of the ballots. Meanwhile, the outlook for President Trump is bleak. Trump election lawsuits abound in a number of States, but the hope that courts will undo the election results, tainted though they be by pervasive fraud, I must tell you, is forlorn. In other words, it ain’t going to happen. Corrupt Demented Imbecile Joe Biden is busily going about choosing his Cabinet, and Trump will be out. I know it’s unwelcome news, and it pained me to say it, but there it is. Some may be tempted to brood, stew and curse our luck, so why give thanks? We can do all those things. I’m not suggesting we should just accept the obvious vote fraud we’ve experienced. It should upset us, we should make sure those around us are aware of what happened, and we must insist that safeguards are put in place to make sure it never happens again. That means we don’t accept media lies, and we confront anyone who repeats them. There’s also a place for cursing. By all means, let’s curse the Communist Chinese who introduced the Wuhan virus to our country. But for the Wuhan, the economy zooms ahead, there’s no virus hysteria, no move for universal mail ballots, and Trump wins in a walk. So if you want to curse something, curse the Chinese, they deserve it. That leaves thanks. First and foremost, we should be thankful that Donald Trump has been our president for four years. He took a stagnant economy, revved it into high gear and produced record employment numbers. Since he was elected, the stock market is up almost 65%. Taxes are lower and regulations have been cut. Trump saw trade imbalances and he fixed them. Trump calmed the Mid-East situation to the point where the terrorists have been quiet, and Muslim nations actually are working with Israel. Il Duce Obama told Trump he would soon be at war with North Korea. Trump solved that problem. Trump was confronted with a woefully underpaid, understaffed and under-supplied military. He built it up to a state of high readiness, and he hasn’t squandered blood and treasure on needless wars. They laughed at Trump when he said he would build a border wall and make Mexico pay for it. But what happened? We went from caravans of thousands breaking down cheap fences on the border to an impregnable steel and concrete barrier. And guess what? Because of the tariffs Trump imposed, and the new USMCA trade agreement, the Mexicans are paying for it. Trump even got Mexico to send 27,000 of its troops to patrol their side of the border. Trump gets bashed a lot for his Wuhan virus policy, but that’s just so much more Left wing B.S. Nobody but Donald Trump could have gotten the medical people, the military and the private sector together for what became Operation Warp Speed, and nobody but Trump could have slashed the red tape that has on the verge of seeing tens of millions of vaccine doses ready to go by the end of this year. We should be thankful for all these things, and more to the point, Corrupt Demented Imbecile Joe Biden should be really thankful for these things. Which is not to suggest that Biden won’t undo, screw up and hopelessly squander the bounty he is being handed by Trump as he goes out the door. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll be sad to see Trump go, but the notion of handing the keys to Biden and telling him “Good Luck” is appealing. The stock market’s happy right now, but there are business cycles. When the market heads South, the inevitable inflation from spending trillions of dollars we never had appears, the States and cities have to cope with the massive holes in their tax revenues caused by the disappearance of businesses they ran out of business, and they realize that the commercial real market has collapsed, I’d just as soon have Sleepy Joe at the switch. Add to this what Il Duce Obama called Biden’s ability to F**k things up, and it won’t be pretty. Plus, all the time, the Socialist nut cases in the Democrat Party will be pushing Biden to do crap that will only make things worse. So let Biden play President, wait for it all to fall down, and we can retire Nancy Pelosi come 2022. The bottom line here is that the thing I’m most thankful for is that the Democrats are just not smart enough to continue the Trump policies and take the credit. In Trump, Democrats had the moderate they pretend to be. By destroying anything Trump, they will sow the seeds of their own destruction.
You know, when Bill Clinton was president, I noticed that he had an utter disregard for the truth. Of course, that’s not unusual in a president. LBJ didn’t get the nickname “Bull Johnson” for nothing, and Harry Truman once said of Richard Nixon, “If he ever caught himself telling the truth, he’d have to tell a lie right away to keep his hand in.” The difference with Bill Clinton was that, before him, the media actually objected to lies by presidents from either Party. Bill Clinton’s disregard for the truth was what I like to call, “a moveable truth,” meaning he’d change what he claimed was true from day to day to suit conditions. To paraphrase those annoying Geico commercials, “Politicians lie. It’s what they do.” We used to expect more from the media, but the media changed. When Il Duce Obama was president, he was protected by the media. I remember one day when a reporter actually dared to yell a tough question at the Duce, and the other reporters chased him out of the White House. That was bad enough, but at least the media didn’t make up or repeat lies. Until Donald Trump came along. In the great old movie, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence, the newspaper editor says, “When the legend becomes fact, print the legend.” He meant, when the public is invested in a long-held belief about someone, the facts cease to be important. But it’s a lot different when the media creates the legend. That’s the deal with Trump. The Left created legends that fit their agenda, so they print the legends. In order to combat Trump, the Left has concocted a series of legends about Trump, which they have peddled as truth, and which seemingly have managed to drive Trump from office.
1. Russian Collusion – In 2016, the Left claimed that the Russians committed election fraud to elect Trump. That’s a lie they’ve been telling for years now, but by repeating it, they convinced almost half the people it was true. And, of course, being immune to irony, in 2020, the Left says there’s no such thing as election fraud. Right now we’re dealing with evidence of out-and-out fraud by Democrats in a number of States. The Left says, “Nothing to see here, ignore the man behind the curtain who’s falsifying votes, these are not the ballots you’re looking for.” The problem with the Democrats is not that they don’t know what they’re doing is illegal, it’s that they believe their own “Russia elected Trump” bullcrap, and under that belief, they see their cheating simply as a way to make things “fair.” General Patton’s aide once told him, “Sometimes the men can’t tell when you’re acting.” Patton replied, “It’s not important for them to know, it’s only important for me to know.” Clearly, the Democrats can’t tell their Russian fraud shit from Shinola. Democrats lie, and the media swears to it.
2. Trump is a Fascist dictator – This one really gets me. Dictators typically come from nothing, rise to power, and grow rich at public expense. In Trump, you have a man who stepped out of his privileged life into the filthy, dirty world of politics. A man who hired and fired tens of thousands of people. He never had to ask permission for anything he did or wanted. He left that world for a world where he had to sell himself to enough people to get elected. Once elected, he had to tolerate, convince, court, flatter, and cajole a bunch of pig politicians, many of whom opposed him from the start, and few of whom ever gave him the respect and the support he deserved, and I’m talking about the Republicans. Trump worked to advance his policies through the Congress. Everything he did, he did through the system created by the politicians. He didn’t announce “I have a pen and a phone” like Il Duce Obama, and rule by unconstitutional decree.
They challenged every thing he did in court. Most of his actions were upheld, and when they weren’t, he complied with the rulings and tried something else. And every step of the way, we had to hear political A-holes like Schumer and Pelosi, and media A-holes like Joe Scarborough, Don Lemon, and the rest lecture us that “Trump is an existential threat to democracy.” Many people believe that crap, but here are the facts. Every time the Left tells you Trump is a Fascist threatening democracy, they expose themselves with their next breath. Who tries to bar any dissent on college campuses – the Left. Who threatens to illegally add new States to the Union to grab control of the government – the Left. Who promises to end the electoral college – the Left. Who promises to pack the Supreme Court, to turn it into a political institution – the Left. Who’s threatening to blackball anyone who’s worked for Trump, and prevent them from working again – the Left. Who’s promising the urban terrorists of Black Lives Matter and Antifa they will defund the police – the Left. Never forget. Every time the Left tells you Trump, or any Republican, is a Fascist threat to democracy, the Left takes another step toward ending our democracy themselves.
3. Trump Mishandled the Wuhan Crisis – The Left has managed to get more than half the people to believe this legend. The Wuhan virus attacked every country on Earth, and every country took unacceptable losses, no matter what they did to try to stop it. No elected leader and no medical expert, anywhere in the world, has been able to magically make the virus go away. Corrupt Demented Imbecile Joe Biden alleged Trump “did nothing about the virus.” He might have missed it, being locked in his basement, but the corrupt media knows better. Donald Trump got the entire government and private industry mobilized to produce all the equipment the States needed, and he cut miles of red tape with his Operation Warp Speed, which has at least two different highly effective Wuhan virus vaccines ready to go. When Trump said vaccines would be ready before the end of the year, they said it was impossible. Trump made it happen. The vaccines will be available, and the media will never admit we have Donald Trump to thank for that.
All this highlights what really is the existential threat to our democracy. Politicians and elections come and go, but if you permit the media to create a false narrative, and permit the social media teenage mutant billionaires decide what you may see and what you may tell others, we are through.
Over the weekend, media networks, the true masters and rulers of America, declared Joe Biden the president-elect. This wasn’t based on election results certified by the states, but on predictions. But not so fast. The apparent results show close races in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and Wisconsin. Those states and the state of Michigan are now the scenes of multiple lawsuits by the Trump campaign; lawsuits alleging extensive and far-reaching election fraud. At the end of this process, Joe Biden may finish first, with a bullet. No, no, that’s not a threat, no need to call the FBI. Number one with a bullet means you’ve rapidly become the best in a certain group. And that’s how Biden became the putative president-elect. On the night of November 3, Trump was 700,000 votes ahead in Pennsylvania, 9% ahead in Michigan, 4% ahead in Wisconsin, and leading in Arizona and Georgia. Some states said they stopped counting votes about 2 a.m., but overnight, strange things happened. Hundreds of thousands of mail ballots appeared, tipping the election to Biden. In both Michigan and Wisconsin, dumps of over 100,000 votes showed 100% of them going to Biden. This is a statistical impossibility which reeks of fraud. Overall, Biden performed worse than Obama’s 2012 performance in most of Wisconsin, but he somehow outperformed Obama by 35% in several counties where reported turnout was up to 96%, a practical impossibility. In Michigan, Biden somehow got 138,339 votes and Trump got none, zero, in an overnight vote-dump. Michigan officials say it was “a typo.” Had those votes gone the other way, I don’t think “it’s a typo” would be an acceptable explanation. But what about “number one with a bullet?” Ballots contain lines permitting the voter to vote for various federal, state and local offices. A ballot on which the voter votes for only one office, leaving the rest of the ballot blank, is called a bullet vote. The results in Arizona, Georgia and Wisconsin turn on a total of about 46,000 votes. In Pennsylvania, Biden is 48,000 votes ahead. Here’s the funny thing. After the polls closed on election day, hundreds of thousands of bullet votes magically appeared. The Trump campaign has identified over 450,000 ballots that miraculously only have a vote for Joe Biden on them and no other candidate. So far, the Trump campaign has compiled several hundred affidavits from voters and poll workers documenting incidents of election fraud, including the illegal barring of Republican representatives from the vote counting process, and eyewitness accounts of Democrat officials filling out blank ballots. Proving Donald Trump right again, thousands of votes have been discovered to have been cast by dead people and by people who no longer live in the states where the votes were cast. Computer voting software from Dominion Voting Systems also is a problem. Dominion Voting Systems is a Canadian company in which Nancy Pelosi’s longtime chief of staff is a key executive, and Senator Diane Feinstein’s husband is a significant shareholder. It’s used in many states, including Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, Georgia and Arizona. Sound familiar? Texas refused to use the software citing security concerns. Texas was right. In Michigan, a “software glitch” flipped several thousand votes from Trump to Biden. In that Michigan county, the votes had to be hand-counted. 69 other Michigan counties use the same software. Yesterday, President Trump tweeted that there is evidence that millions of Trump votes were deleted or switched to Biden by Dominion software. We’ll see. Then there’s Pennsylvania, which is a special case. The Constitution provides that each state legislature is to specify how its presidential electors are to be chosen. This means that the state legislatures determine how their elections are to be conducted. The Pennsylvania legislature enacted an election law that required all mail ballots to be received by the time the polls closed, or to be post-marked by November 3. This was a sensible and reasonable law, especially since the Constitution also provides that the presidential election must be held on the same day throughout the country, that day to be set by the Congress. That day was November 3. The legislature’s system upheld the constitutional requirement of equal protection, in this case, guaranteeing that all voters would receive an equal opportunity to cast their votes. For instance, if I go to the polls after closing time and want to vote, I’m turned away because it’s too late. Those are the rules. Likewise, if I offer a mail ballot after election day, that ballot should be rejected. It’s too late. Seems logical and fair, right? Wrong, at least as far as the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania is concerned. That court undid the Pennsylvania election law; it rewrote the law, to permit mail ballots to be received, even without a postmark, days after November 3. If you’re thinking a court lacks the authority to do that, and maybe that doing such a thing is clearly unconstitutional, you’re not alone. The U.S. Supreme Court was presented with that question before the election, but declined to hear it in October, being divided 4 to 4. However, the issue is back before the Court. The Supreme Court ordered that ballots received after election day be segregated. But here’s the problem. Pennsylvania election officials barred Republicans from the counting process. What Republicans could see was Democrat officials opening mail ballots, discarding the outer envelopes, and counting the votes. Without the envelopes, there’s no telling when the ballots were cast. A mail carrier from Erie, Pa., has reported that his boss instructed employees to pick up and bring him ballots that were received after Election Day. The boss discussed backdating postmarks to make the ballots appear as though they had been collected by Nov. 3, instead of Nov. 4 or after. Bill Barr has authorized federal prosecutors to investigate election frauds. That’s great, but prosecuting a few people next year is cold comfort. In the face of all this, the media maintains either that there is no evidence of fraud, or that there’s not enough evidence of fraud to make a difference. I have to be honest. In the end, there likely isn’t enough to change the result of the election, but that’s not the point. Whoever wins, Americans deserve to know what happened. We deserve to know who really won. And any systemic (there’s a word Democrats are fond of) election fraud needs to be exposed and fixed so it never happens again. Democrats like the detestable Chuck Schumer, and Il Duce Obama himself, have denounced Republicans for daring to call the election results into question. Perhaps thy’ve forgotten the 2000 election that took 37 days to resolve. Here’s the bottom line. If you rob a bank, it’s not a defense to claim you didn’t steal enough to make a difference. If the election count was fair, what are Democrats afraid of?
FRANK ON FRIDAY – Back in the U.S.S.R.
I have a talent for anticipating transformational events. Sometimes I wish I didn’t. Back in 2009, when Obamacare was just a glint in Il Duce Obama’s skinny socialist eye, the debate over what became Obamacare motivated me to write my book, Preserve, Protect and Condemn, in which I included what I thought were amusing fictional unanticipated consequences of such a law. Sadly, many of them came to pass. Surely, the government wouldn’t consider killing off sick people who cost too much, right? Actually no, Obamacare included what became known as “Death Panels” to decide when someone had gotten enough treatment and should just go away. And now, the Great Pretender, Joe Biden, has appointed Ezekiel Emanuel as his health adviser, a man who has written that those who have lived 75 years have lived long enough. In February 2015, I wrote that a conservative populist would be elected president. I had Ted Cruz in mind, and not Trump, but it’s the thought that counts. After writing my book, I did some reading about studies that showed how memory worked. People were given lists of names or numbers. Those who were told the list was recorded for later review remembered far less than those who were told there was no saved list. In other words, if we think the answers can be looked up later, we tend to forget details. Confused yet? Stay with me. I began to think about the implications of this phenomenon in the age of the internet. When we were kids, if you needed to look up something you consulted an encyclopedia, or you made a trip to a library. The point is, there was a recorded repository of information that was universally accepted as our history. Different historians had different viewpoints to be sure, but that’s the point, there was diversity of opinion. So I began to ponder what would become of history, in a world where the answer to every question is “I’ll Google it.” The libraries are still there. The books are on the shelves gathering dust. And that’s the problem. Few people today actually ever read a book, especially young people. This fact wouldn’t be so troubling if we had schools that taught history, but we don’t. What was “history” is now just a part of “social studies,” and what little time we devote to history has become no more than the study of why America was a bad idea. Today’s students are historical illiterates. Don’t take my word for it, historian David McCollough said exactly that in 2005. We also could squeak by with “I’ll Google it” education if we could rely on the internet to faithfully tell the truth. One of the things we’ve learned in the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad year 2020 is that the internet, once heralded as the instrument that would put the entire record of Man’s achievements and foibles in the hands of every person on Earth, cannot be trusted. Simply put, the internet moguls, like Mark Zuckerberg and Rasputin look-alike Jack Dorsey, have rewritten history for those poor unfortunates who never bothered to learn it for themselves. This should scare Hell out of you because this guy, or is it that guy,
and guys like him, now get to decide what our history is. Even more alarming is that, these guys now get to decide what can and what cannot be accepted as truth. The recent unpleasantness that was our election made this perfectly clear. The news isn’t just what is reported, it’s what isn’t reported. The U.S.S.R. was good at that. For instance, in 1957, the Russians launched Sputnik-2, and announced to the world that their superior technology had put a 1,000 pound ship containing the dog, Laika, into space. That part was true, but they left out the facts that the ship burned up and the dog was killed. So, if you can limit what people get to see, and then can prevent dissenters from speaking the truth, even to one another on the internet, you can control the public. Our internet masters learned this first-hand. When the internet was in its infancy, it was credited with helping to bring down the Soviet Union and all its socialist satellite states. People in Eastern Europe learned the truth on internet sites, and the U.S.S.R. was no more. They weren’t going to let that happen again, and the internet billionaires soon found out they could make more money helping states like Communist China use the internet to suppress the flow of information, than by using it to make all information available to all people. They then decided what was good for the Chinese was good for America, so this year, they banned all reports that Joe Biden is a corrupt demented imbecile, as indeed he is. Anyone who said otherwise was banned from the debate. This has transformed the internet from the leading platform for the exercise of our right to free speech into the principal means of cancelling our First Amendment rights. Sinister forces are at work, forces which seek to “fundamentally transform” (where have I heard that before?) the U. S. into a socialist workers’ paradise. Destroying and changing what our history is a key component. Karl Marx wrote, “People without a heritage are easily persuaded.” Alexander Solzhenitsyn, after 8 years in a Soviet labor camp wrote, “To destroy a people, you must first sever their roots.” How? You could pull down all the statues of historical figures. Sound familiar? This plot has been in the works a long time. It’s the reason that Christopher Columbus went from intrepid explorer to capitalist exploiter, and it’s why George Washington went from the Father of our Country to just another slave-owning white guy who is to blame for any and all complaints of the ignorant, self-absorbed, narcissistic sheep who take Google as Gospel. When the source of all information is Google, Twitter and Facebook, you can make 40% of the people believe Trump conspired with Russia, and they did. You can make half the populace believe that millions of Americans have died from the Wuhan virus, and they do. And you can blatantly steal a presidential election, and then assure people that the election was fair, which they’re doing as I speak. In short, the Left didn’t want to make America great again, so it’s using internet suppression to turn America into the U.S.S.R.
